Dan Anderson

Dan Anderson currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for North America and RPO Management at Ingersoll Rand since June 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at LPL Financial, where a focus on advisor-centric principles was emphasized. Dan previously held positions at Randstad Sourceright, managing large teams of recruiters for Honeywell and leading recruitment projects. Earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Consultant role at Wipfli LLP and a Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Kerry, both of which involved strategic recruiting initiatives. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Sports Studies from Eastern Illinois University.
