Piseth Kheng is a highly experienced professional in the field of education technology and management, currently serving as an Officer and Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing the ICT in Education Master Plan and new ICT curricula. With a long-standing commitment to localization efforts, Kheng has been the Localization Manager for Khmer at Mozilla since November 2007 and serves as a Localization/Linguist for Khmer at Moravia.
