Localization Manager For Khmer (community Volunteer)

Piseth Kheng is a highly experienced professional in the field of education technology and management, currently serving as an Officer and Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing the ICT in Education Master Plan and new ICT curricula. With a long-standing commitment to localization efforts, Kheng has been the Localization Manager for Khmer at Mozilla since November 2007 and serves as a Localization/Linguist for Khmer at Moravia. Previous roles include Executive Director and Senior Program Manager at the Open Institute, where leadership was exercised in education programs and projects aimed at enhancing educational quality through technology. Kheng has also contributed to various initiatives, including consulting for the Kampuchean Action for Primary Education and advising on a Primary Education Management Information System for the European Commission. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Master's degree in Development Management from Norton University.
