Madawi AlFrijan, aPHRi™

Madawi AlFrijan, aPHRi™, has worked for three companies since 2018. Madawi began their career at the Ministry of Investment as a CO-OP Trainee in 2018. In 2021, they joined Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority as a Total Rewards Intern. Later in 2021, they were hired by Mozn as a People Associate and was later promoted to Senior Talent Management Analyst.

Madawi AlFrijan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in 2019. Madawi then went on to earn a Diploma in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in 2020. In 2018, Madawi AlFrijan obtained a TOT certification from Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. In 2021, they earned an Excel Skills for Business: Essentials certification from Macquarie University. Finally, Madawi AlFrijan achieved their Associate Professional in Human Resources - International™ (aPHRi™) certification from HRCI in December 2022.
