Feng Guo

Feng Guo is a Quality Control Manager at MP Engineers + Architects since March 2023, serving as the MTA C&D PMC representative with responsibilities for project quality control. Previously, from February 2019 to March 2023, Feng Guo worked at The Morganti Group, Inc. as a Construction Quality Control Manager/Project Manager, overseeing the pre-construction phase and scope review. From November 2016 to February 2019, Feng Guo held the position of Construction Quality Control Engineer at Atlas Evaluation & Inspection Services, ensuring compliance with the Skanska/Walsh quality control program and establishing quality control systems. Earlier, from October 2014 to November 2016, Feng Guo was a Construction Special Inspector at Macia Inspection & Testing Lab Inc., where inspections were conducted in accordance with NYC Building Code and other relevant standards on various residential and commercial projects, including significant developments such as Bam South Tower and the Domino Sugar Factory.
