Melanie Klettl

Melanie Klettl is currently serving as the People & Culture People Manager at M&P Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Bereichsleitung at Diakonie Rosenheim from September 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included Quartiersmanagement, Tafel, and supporting a Betreuungsverein. Additionally, Melanie worked as a legal guardian and provided parental leave representation at SekoRo - Selbsthilfekontaktstelle Rosenheim, focusing on public relations, editing the regional self-help newspaper "Selbstbewusst," project management, and consultation. Earlier experience includes an internship in the nursing administration and quality management at a. ö. Bezirkskrankenhaus St. Johann in Tirol, along with an internship at Vägen ut! kooperativen, where involvement centered on the reintegration of women with mental illnesses into the workforce. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Organization Studies from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck and a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit, Social, and Health Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, along with a Matura in Social Management from HLW Bad Ischl.
