Jen Kearns

Jen (Collier) Kearns is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, business ownership, and community involvement. Currently serving as an Operations Support Specialist and Administrative Assistant at MP Materials, Jen has previously owned Savvy Skin TX, LLC, where responsibilities included marketing, accounting, and customer service. As PTA President at local elementary schools, Jen managed day-to-day operations and oversaw board activities. Jen also founded The Kambri Lyn Fundraiser to support grieving families and has experience in educational roles, including teaching and administrative positions in Keller ISD. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Esthetician License, Jen combines business acumen with a commitment to community service and excellence in client care.
