Kristen Oliver

Kristen Oliver, CPA has an extensive work experience history. Kristen started as a Project Manager at Global Entertainment Group, Inc. in 2002 and later transitioned to roles at Deloitte, where they served as an Audit Manager. Kristen then moved to Frazier & Deeter, LLC, where they worked their way up from Audit Manager to Audit Senior Manager. Most recently, Kristen joined MP Materials, initially as Director of Internal Audit and later promoted to Senior Director of Internal Audit in 2024.

Kristen Oliver, CPA, earned their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UNLV Lee Business School in 2004. Kristen then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Accountancy from the same institution, completing their degree in 2009. In 2011, Kristen obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy.
