Lekshmy Shaji

Lekshmy Shaji's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions.

From 2022 to the present, they serve as a Delivery Director at Kinaxis, where they are responsible for the professional services team for Supply Chain Execution worldwide. Lekshmy leads three teams and has end-to-end delivery ownership for new logo customers. Lekshmy also acts as a subject matter expert for sales and presales.

Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, Lekshmy worked as a Director - Solutions at Kinaxis, overseeing the Solutions Consulting Team and ensuring the quality and value-add of solutions for customers. Lekshmy worked closely with various departments and served as the first-level escalation point for active projects.

Before joining Kinaxis, Lekshmy was a Staff Solutions Architect at E2open from 2021 to 2022, where they applied their expertise in solutions architecture.

From 2014 to 2021, Lekshmy worked at Flo Group as a Solution Architect - Logistics Solutions, providing consulting, design, and implementation expertise for inbound and outbound logistics. Lekshmy worked on various projects and was involved in sales, presales, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Lekshmy also championed solutions and acted as a subject matter expert.

In 2013, Lekshmy worked as a Lead Consultant (Manager) at HCL Technologies, where they served as a subject matter expert for logistics solutions and was part of the center of excellence for implementation consultants.

Prior to that, they held the same position at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) from 2012 to 2013, focusing on business requirement gathering, solution design, and functional specifications.

Lekshmy started their career at Infosys as a Senior Functional Consultant from 2010 to 2012, followed by a role as Lead - Business Development (Shipping Practice) at Tata Consultancy Services from 2007 to 2010.

In 2003, they began their professional journey as an Executive at the Confederation of Indian Industry, where they worked until 2005.

Overall, Lekshmy Shaji has gained extensive experience in various aspects of supply chain management and has held leadership positions, contributing their expertise to the success of their employers.

Lekshmy Shaji pursued their education at the University of Kerala, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration. Lekshmy studied from 1997 to 2000. Lekshmy further continued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing and Finance, from 2001 to 2003.
