Rachael Waldman

Rachael Waldman, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as an LCSW at MPAC Healthcare since December 2020, providing psychosocial services and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient quality of life. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Social Worker at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where Rachael utilized critical thinking to resolve patient issues and educated patients on community resources. Rachael's background also encompasses roles as a Guidance Consultant/Clinical Counselor at ComPsych, where comprehensive mental health assessments and crisis stabilization were conducted, and as a Social Work Intern at Nicasa Behavioral Health Services, where Rachael provided counseling and developed prevention curricula. Rachael holds a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University.
