Cecilia J.'s work experience starts in 2006 at New York Life Insurance Company as a Senior Benefits Associate until 2013. Cecilia then moved on to Thomson Reuters as an HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2014. After that, they worked at TriNet as a Senior Human Capital Consultant from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DNB, where they implemented and led a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program. In 2020, they joined General Dynamics Land Systems as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, advising the U.S. Engineering and Technology organizations. Currently, since April 2022, they are the Director of Strategic People Business Partners at mParticle, where they partner with senior leaders to drive growth and transformation through coaching, organizational design, and talent development.
