Christine Vienna Knific

Christine Vienna Knific has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Christine is currently working at mParticle as the Senior Director of Customer Success for North America. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success Operations at mParticle. Christine also held the position of Senior Director of Partner Success at EAB before joining mParticle. Christine was the Vice President of Customer Success at Wisr, Inc., which was acquired by EAB. At Totango, they were the Senior Manager of Digital Customer Success. Christine has also worked at OnShift as the Manager of Customer Success Operations, where they played a strategic role in managing customer success initiatives. Before that, Christine co-founded and operated studioFIT, a premier fitness studio offering various fitness classes. Christine also served as the Director of Customer Success at Movable, a tech wearable company. In addition, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at DecisionDesk, a SaaS admissions and recruitment platform. Christine has also worked as a professional singer, serving as the lead soprano for the award-winning Off-Broadway a cappella group Toxic Audio.

Christine Vienna Knific attended Baldwin Wallace University from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on Pre-Med/Pre-Dental studies.
