Jillian Burnett

SVP, Customer Success at mParticle

Jillian Burnett is currently the SVP of Customer Success at mParticle. Jillian has over fifteen years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry.

Jillian started their career at Starcom MediaVest Group in 2006 as a Connections Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications plans for clients.

In 2011, they left Starcom to join Undertone as a Manager of Client Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with Undertone's largest clients.

In 2013, BlueKai was acquired by Oracle. Jillian Burnett was the Senior Strategic Relationship Manager at BlueKai during this time. Jillian was responsible for managing relationships with Oracle's largest customers.

In December 2014, they left Oracle to join Google as a Global Solutions Lead for Audience Activation. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing audience activation strategies for Google's largest customers.

In February 2016, they left Google to join mParticle as the SVP of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with mParticle's largest customers.

Jillian Burnett received a Bachelor of Business Administration from William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business with a focus in marketing.

They work with Karen Gallantry - CRO, Bonney Pelley - COO, and David Morgan - CFO. Jillian Burnett reports to Michael Katz, CEO & Co-Founder.
