Alexa Pombo has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as the Returns Team Lead at MPB since November 2021, where previous roles included Returns Specialist and Product Specialist. Prior to MPB, Alexa worked at SANDEMANs NEW Europe Tours from August 2019 to August 2021 as the Customer Service Team Leader, managing a team, updating manuals, and training new agents while communicating with clients in German, English, and Spanish. Alexa also held the position of Customer Service Representative, handling various customer service tasks in multiple languages. Earlier experience includes working as a Back Office Employee at Majorel, where responsibilities involved social media moderation and CRM management. Alexa holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, earned between 2011 and 2017.
