Marley Dizney Swanson is a Senior UX Researcher at MPB, where since October 2022, the focus has been on enhancing user experiences by collaborating with Design and Discovery Teams. Additionally, Marley is a mentor for UX Researchers globally at adplist.org. Previous roles include Market Researcher at Pollen, where contributions focused on understanding local travel preferences and strategic partnerships, and an Americorps Member at Metropolitan Family Service, providing economic empowerment through workshops. Marley served as a Peace Corps Volunteer specializing in Health & HIV/AIDS capacity building in Botswana and held various leadership and advisory roles at Gettysburg College. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Conflict, Security, and Development from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy from Gettysburg College.
