Rachel Duddy

Rachel served as the Vice President Europe - Fraud & New Accounts, where they led a large team and transformed the contact strategy to improve efficiency and reduce fraud. Rachel also held the position of Vice President UK Lending, Insurance, and Regulatory Impact, overseeing the management of credit cards, insurance business, and PPI remediation. In addition, Rachel was the Director of Lending - Credit Cards - Europe and held other management positions within the company.

Rachel Duddy attended the United World College of the Adriatic in Italy, where they completed their International Baccalaureate degree. Later, they studied at the University of Sussex, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Social Psychology.
