Niharika Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee relations. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Management at Moving Picture Company since August 2019, Niharika previously held the position of Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner at EXL, where responsibilities included analyzing trends and managing complex employee issues. Prior experience includes roles at PeopleStrong HR Services as Team Leader - HRSS, focusing on onboarding processes, and positions at NetAmbit Infosource & e-Services Pvt. Ltd. as both Sr. HR Executive and HR Executive, where employee engagement and grievance resolution were primary responsibilities. Niharika holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation and a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University.
