Rosemary O'Connor

Rosemary O'Connor has worked in the field of Program Management since 1996. Rosemary began their career at BAE Systems IT as Program Director. In 2007, they joined ManTech as Program Director for the Department of State Global IT Modernization (GITM) Program, where they managed over 120 personnel in designing, procuring, testing, integrating, and deploying IT infrastructure equipment and new technology. In 2015, they joined BarnAllen Technologies, Inc. as Program Manager for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) On-Site Records Information Management (RIM) IDIQ Contract. In this role, they oversaw overall contract performance for the $103M IDIQ FDA On-Site RIM Contract, responded to Requests for Task Order Proposals (RFTOPs), monitored performance against quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepared and ensured that all reports and deliverables were submitted accurately and on-time. In 2020, they joined MPF FEDERAL LLC as Program Manager.

Rosemary O'Connor obtained their MBA in Marketing from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in 1994.
