Mayara Ilgaz

Mayara Ilgaz, MBA, currently serves as VP and GM of Digital Media at Market Performance Group since September 2024. Previously, Mayara held the position of VP of Digital Marketing Strategy and Business Operations at Team GO from January 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading a full digital agency, developing strategies for various campaigns, and overseeing internal roadmaps for sales and digital departments. Earlier roles included Chief of Staff at Team GO, Business Development and Brand Manager, International Sales and Marketing Specialist at American Trading International, Inc., and Trade Marketing Associate at Brandable. Mayara holds a Graduate degree in Business and Management of Entertainment from UCLA, an MBA in Marketing from Westcliff University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Fashion Marketing & Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Educational background also includes attendance at Parsons School of Design, University of the Arts London, and Maroochydore High School.
