Ariel Vizcaino

Ariel Vizcaino is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Lead UX Architect at Mphasis since June 2019, Ariel focuses on optimizing vendor management and accounts payable processes for a financial services provider using AI and PowerBI while leading a significant UX redesign for banking products. Previous positions include Dallas Local Leader for the Interaction Design Foundation from January 2017 to January 2023, where Ariel managed community activities centered on interaction design, and UX Architect Lead at CGI, where responsibilities included transitioning designs from MVP to Beta versions. Additional experience includes senior user experience roles at Kforce Global Solutions, W2O Group, and educational pursuits culminating in a Master’s degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
