Iain Wright is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Mphasis since July 2022, Iain has held key positions including Outsource Engagement Lead at Convex Insurance and Head of Underwriting and Reinsurance Support at Sompo Canopius. Additional experience includes directing Insurance Processing & Outsource functions at Aon, managing commercial operations at LV=, and overseeing technical operations at Liberty Syndicates.
