Mahendiran Madhaiyan is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Associate Vice President at Mphasis since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Architect at Wipro Limited, where Mahendiran led technology initiatives in Manufacturing, Transportation, and Energy sectors, managing a team of over 150 members and overseeing the architecture and delivery of cloud-based solutions for 50+ Java applications. Previous experience encompasses senior technical architecture at HCL Technologies, founding IFastStar Technologies, and senior engineering project management roles at Aricent, Siemens, and Kshema Technologies, with a strong focus on enterprise IT products, cloud migrations, and large-scale project management. Mahendiran holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Mepco Schelenk Engineering College.
