Pradnya Gaitonde Nikam has over 18 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as a Product Owner, Sr. Business System Analyst, Scrum Master, and Diversity Lead at Mphasis since May 2018. Prior roles include Sr. Business System Specialist for Electronic Payments at TD and various positions at Tata Consultancy Services, ranging from Senior Business Analyst to Business Analyst Lead. Earlier in the career, Pradnya worked as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst for JP Morgan Chase Bank and a Quality Analyst at Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
