Vivrut Jayaram has a decade of experience in the financial services industry across three countries and two continents. Currently, as the Strategy & Operations Lead at Mphasis, they manage projects for an $800M financial services portfolio in New York and have contributed to the company's Canadian expansion strategy. Their past roles include significant contributions at Deloitte Canada in Open Banking initiatives and at Deem Finance, where they transformed lending policies and led a top-performing sales team.
