Carmen Molendijk

Carmen Molendijk is an accomplished professional in talent development and management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Talent Development at Mploy Associates since June 2020, Carmen focuses on connecting, developing, and retaining talent within teams. As a Talent Manager at the same organization, responsibilities include the development and coaching of young professionals in the data, finance, and risk sectors. Additionally, Carmen founded and leads Car's Kunst, creating unique and customized artworks. Previous roles include HR Talent Manager and Project Manager at Frisse Blikken, where the emphasis was on selecting and onboarding young talent, and creating development initiatives. As co-founder of Feisty Consultancy, Carmen specialized in training for student initiative boards.
