Ealena Callender

Ealena Callender, MD, MPH, FACOG, is a dedicated OB Hospitalist currently working with MPLT Healthcare and the Ob Hospitalist Group, where responsibilities include providing care for patients during labor, inductions, Cesarean sections, and antepartum care, as well as performing vaginal and Cesarean deliveries. Additional roles include serving as a physician reviewer at the Medical Review Institute of America and contributing as a Senior Fellow at the National Center for Health Research. Ealena has also worked as a reproductive and maternal health consultant, and as an OB/GYN physician with various healthcare organizations. Ealena holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, along with extensive medical training from Howard University and Wright State University, culminating in a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
