Ron Malanowski

Ron Malanowski has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on recruitment and sales. Ron started their career at Weatherby Locums as a Physician Recruiter in 2002 and quickly moved on to TIVA HealthCare, Inc. as a Physician Placement Specialist. In 2004, they joined Pediatrix Medical Group as a Physician Relations Specialist. In 2006, they took on the role of Recruiting Manager at Sheridan Healthcorp, and later became the Recruiting Director at TIVA Healthcare. In 2012, Ron joined Anthem Associates as the Director of Sales & Recruitment. Currently, they are working at MPLT Healthcare as the Senior Director.

Ron Malanowski attended Chaminade High School from 1982 to 1986. Ron then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 1986 to 1990. Following their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in the year 1991.
