Lorie Yin

Lorie Yin is a Senior Sustainability Manager at M+ since August 2025, previously serving as Vice President of Sustainability Strategy at Bank of China (Hong Kong) from May 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included developing sustainability initiatives aligned with net-zero goals. Lorie has extensive experience in the luxury retail sector, having held roles at Loro Piana from July 2012 to January 2020, including CRM Manager, Area Manager, and Eshop Manager for China, where significant contributions were made to customer relationship management and the e-commerce launch. Prior experience includes serving as Program Coordinator for the Shanghai 2010 World Expo and as an Associate at Towers Perrin focusing on global compensation strategies. Lorie holds an MBA in Retail and Luxury Goods from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from Carleton College.
