Russell Miller

Russell Miller, PMP, currently serves as Engineering Manager at MPLX GP LLC since September 2023. Prior experience includes managerial roles at CNX from August 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing capital pipeline and well pad facility projects and ensuring compliance with DOT-PHMSA regulations. Earlier positions at CONSOL Energy provided extensive exposure to the oil and gas industry through a rotational program and engineering roles focused on drilling and completions. Russell Miller holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Bluefield State University, which were completed between 2010 and 2013.
