Xavier Norcia

Xavier Norcia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Xavier is currently the Managing Director at MPO International since May 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Sales & Marketing Director, Consumer France & Spain, at DS Smith Packaging from January 2013 to May 2020.

Before joining DS Smith Packaging, Xavier worked at Sernam Services where they held multiple roles, including Managing Director - Paris / Ile-de-France from September 2010 onward. Xavier also served as the Managing Director - Diversified Activities from September 2009 to August 2010 and as the International Director from February 2009 to August 2010.

From April 2007 to January 2009, Xavier was the Group Marketing Director at STEF TFE. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at Advention Business Partners from February 2001 to March 2007.

Xavier's early career included a role at EDS Group, where they served as a Personal / Executive Assistant - Consultant from July 1998 to March 1999.

Xavier Norcia began their education in 1995 at Ipesup, where they studied but did not receive a degree or a specific field of study. This was followed by their enrollment at HEC Paris from 1996 to 2000, during which they pursued a Master in Management degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
