Amit Kothiyal

Amit Kothiyal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, customer success, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Chief Operating and Customer Officer at MPOWER Financing since April 2023, Amit previously held the position of Independent Consultant, assisting start-ups with various strategic initiatives. As President and COO at Synup from September 2020 to August 2022, Amit was instrumental in driving organizational growth and enhancing customer experience. Prior roles include CEO and COO at ISGN Corporation, where Amit led transformational initiatives and the eventual sale of the company. Amit’s career also encompasses being an Independent Business Unit Head at Infosys BPO, overseeing significant revenues, and various managerial roles at HSBC. Amit holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
