Mai P. Tran

Mai P. Tran is an experienced communications professional specializing in strategic communications and social impact. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant at MPT Communications since August 2024, Mai supports leaders in the nonprofit sector to effectively share their stories and achieve impactful outcomes. Previously, as Manager of Strategic Communications at Imaginable Futures from May 2020 to August 2024, Mai led content development and digital communications for a global philanthropic investment firm. Other notable roles include Communications Lead at ECMC Foundation and Public Affairs Associate at The Council of State Governments Justice Center, along with various internships in governmental and nonprofit organizations. Mai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s in Public Policy from Brown University.
