Sheila Proctor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Association Manager at MPV Properties, LLC since May 2014, Sheila oversees more than 80 property and condominium owner associations across over 4,000 acres, integrating management, customer service, and financial expertise. Prior to this role, Sheila worked at YFP Management from March 2003 to November 2013 as a Multi-Family Property Manager, where effective portfolio management resulted in the highest possible net operating income through strategic cost control and revenue improvement programs. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive and an Associate of Arts in International/Global Studies from Mohawk Valley Community College.
