Phillip Condreay is a seasoned mechanical designer with extensive experience in the building and construction industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Mechanical Designer at MPW Engineering, LLC since January 2023, Phillip has previously held the position of Chief Building Official for the City of Midwest City from December 2021 to November 2022, overseeing the city’s building and construction department. Phillip's long tenure at C. H. Guernsey & Company from September 1991 to 2021 included roles as Inspector, Commissioner, and Designer, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, and earning multiple certifications such as ICC - IBC Certified and Certified Building Commissioning Professional. Education includes an AAS in Engineering (HVAC) from Oklahoma State University, completed between 1987 and 1989.
