Clara Engman

Clara Engman has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Clara is currently working as a Data Engineering Consultant at Mpya Digital, where they collaborate with a team of talented individuals to develop innovative solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Volvo Cars as a Scrum Master and Data Engineer, focusing on big data analysis for advanced driver assistance functions. Clara also gained experience as a Web Developer at Rudin Group, where they modified websites and engaged with clients. Additionally, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Cybercom Group, contributing to sustainable digitalization efforts. Clara's background includes involvement in academia, where they served as a Steering Group Member for Image Analysis and Machine Learning at Uppsala University and as a Statistician supporting course evaluations. Clara was also selected as a participant in the Female Leader Engineer program, which aimed to cultivate future leaders in the Swedish industry. Clara showcased their project management skills as a Project Leader at Toolgate AB and as a Trip Leader at WE travel GmbH, where they organized workshops, meetings, and adventure trips for teenage groups. Clara also honed their technical expertise as a Band End Developer at Toolgate AB and as a Data Scientist at Valueguard Index Sweden. Throughout their work experience, Clara has demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Clara Engman has a diverse education history. Clara holds a Master of Science (M. Sc) degree in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering (STS) from Uppsala University. Clara also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a focus on Political Economics, also from Uppsala University.

In addition to their degrees, Clara has obtained various certifications. Clara completed the Mitt Livs Chans program offered by Mitt Liv AB (svb) in May 2021. In June 2020, they completed the DTL03.1x: Digital Transformation: Leadership course offered by Kungliga Tekniska högskolan. Clara also completed the Introduction to Electromobility course offered by the Swedish Electromobility Centre in June 2020. Furthermore, Clara obtained the DELF B2 certification, which is accredited by the French Ministry of National Education, in June 2013.

For language studies, Clara has completed the Avancé B2 program at Institut Parisien, focusing on French language, and the Intermédiaire B1 program at Cours de Civilisation Française de la Sorbonne, which covers both the French language and French culture.

In their earlier education, Clara attended Värmdö Gymnasium, where they completed the Natural Science Program with a specialization in Emergency Services.
