Henry Knight has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Henry has served as the Director of Engineering at MQ Automation since January 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineer at PREMIER System Integrators starting from October 2015. From January 2013 to October 2015, they held the role of Senior Engineer at Outbound Technologies Inc., where they were responsible for developing automation controls and MES systems, as well as fostering business relationships with Fortune 100 companies. Henry also worked at Epicor Software Corp as a Team Lead Engineering/Software Engineer, where they led software engineers in the creation and promotion of Real-Time Production Monitoring, MES, and ERP systems features. Before that, they were the Director of Research and Development at Rite Track from April 2006 to October 2008, and the Director of Software and Engineering from January 2002 to January 2006. Henry's early career includes serving as the Team Lead of Engineering at Industrial Controls, where they conceptualized, created, installed, and supported turnkey solutions for various industries.
Henry Knight attended the University of Dayton from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they attended the University of Dayton from 2004 to 2006, studying Information Systems. Henry also has a certification in Arc Flash Safety Training Course from BLR, obtained in February 2015, and certifications in Qlikview Designer and Qlikview Developer from Qlikview, obtained in September 2012. Furthermore, Henry Knight has studied Computer Science at The Ohio State University, although specific start and end years are not provided.
