Natalie Sequeira has extensive experience in healthcare and strategy roles. Natalie worked at MQ Health as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of Strategy, overseeing strategic planning and execution. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategy Quality and Engagement, as well as the Director of Strategy and Planning at MQ Health. Before joining MQ Health, Natalie worked at Macquarie University as the Director of Academic Health Strategy, where they played a key role in integrating teaching, research, and clinical service. Natalie also worked at NSW Health as a Senior Policy and Project Officer and at St Vincent's Health Network in various roles, including Executive Project Officer and Health Service Planner. Natalie started their career as a Graduate Health Management Trainee at the South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra Area Health Service, where they completed a rotational program and obtained a Master's degree in Health Administration.
Natalie Sequeira holds a Master of Research degree in Clinician Engagement from Macquarie University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Natalie also completed a program on Strategy for Health Care Delivery at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2021. In 2015, Natalie obtained a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Health Science degree in Health Service Management from Western Sydney University in 2010, and a Graduate Certificate in Health Service Management from Charles Sturt University in 2009. Natalie's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Biotechnology with a Management Major from the University of Technology Sydney, completed from 2005 to 2008. Natalie also obtained their HSC from St Vincent's College, Potts Point in 2004.
