Meg Terrill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager for Strategy & Insights and Marketing & Strategy at Mr Chen's Dumplings since August 2016, Meg has significantly contributed to the company's growth, expanding its grocery product range from 9 to 55 items and establishing a robust research function. Previous roles include board positions at Kensington Community Childcare Co-operative and Good Karma Effect, consultancy work for Concrete Neon, and various brand management positions at Schweppes Australia. Meg's earlier experience includes founding Little Scooch and serving as a Senior Finance Analyst at Cadbury Schweppes Australia. An alumnus of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, Meg possesses a strong background in brand identity, strategic planning, and project management.

Founded in 1982 by Peter Chen, Chen Foods is a family owned Australian business now run by daughters Lucy and Nancy Chen. While Mr Chen remains at the helm of the organisation, he has passed his legacy on to the next generation to run the operations. The company was renamed from Chenco Foods to Chen Foods and under the new business, Lucy and Nancy have continued to honour their family origins, naming their favourite & most popular brand after the one and only head of the house, Mr Chen. Chen Foods is a wholly Australian owned and run family business and continues to provide the highest quality produce and recipes to the Australian market. As one of the pioneers of Asian cuisine in Australia, our range and brands have become staples in Australian homes. As the market has evolved, we have continually expanded and developed our product lines to meet the needs of consumers.
