Doug Charles

Doug Charles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operational strategy across various industries. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Solutions at Mr. Cooper since July 2016, Doug previously held significant roles including SVP at Community Loan Servicing, LLC, and VP of Strategy and Command Center at Nationstar Mortgage. Doug's expertise encompasses customer service management, workforce management, telephony strategy, and analytics, demonstrated through leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Wyndham Worldwide, and Countrywide Home Loans. Additionally, Doug has a background in academia as an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix and co-founded an outsourcing company prior to its sale.
