Jami Pol

Jami Pol has extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Recovery, Repurchase, and Financial Controls at Mr. Cooper since February 2008. In this role, Jami Pol manages the Servicing Repurchase pipeline across all portfolios, including reverse mortgages, and oversees the Contract Recovery and Loss Analysis groups. Concurrently, Jami Pol holds the position of Assistant Vice President at Nationstar Mortgage, where responsibilities include managing relationships with various audit teams and overseeing the audit responses for the Centralized Modification, Short Sale, and Deed in Lieu department. Previously, Jami Pol served as a Senior Asset Manager, ensuring compliance with loss mitigation procedures and implementing updated policies within the organization. Jami Pol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Baker College of Flint and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
