Jeff Lively

Jeff Lively, AOCM, APPM, currently serves as Vice President of Investor Services at Mr. Cooper, overseeing a global Investor Accounting group managing extensive custodial and fee accounts, client billing, and operational reporting. Prior to this role, Jeff was Vice President of Accounting Shared Services at both Mr. Cooper and Xome, focusing on process optimization and enhancing customer and partner experiences. Jeff's previous experience includes serving as Global Head of P2P & Accounting Operations at MoneyGram International, where strategic leadership was provided in financial operations, and as Head of Procure-to-Pay at JP Energy. With a career spanning from 1992 to 2015 in various financial operations roles across public and private companies, Jeff Lively's expertise encompasses high volume transactional work and operational strategy. Jeff holds an education from Cameron University attended from 1990 to 1992.
