Jessica Baker

Jessica Baker is an experienced professional in information security, currently serving as Principal Information Security I in Human Risk Management at Mr. Cooper since March 2021. Jessica focuses on empowering individuals through enhanced security awareness, delivering dynamic training and hands-on coaching to help teams identify and respond to various attack methods. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Senior Information Security Analyst specializing in security awareness and an Associate Cybersecurity Analyst at GM Financial, where emphasis was placed on training and engagement in cybersecurity practices. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned in December 2015.
