Lauren Hidalgo

Lauren Hidalgo serves as the Sr. UX/UI Design Manager at Mr. Cooper since February 2019, overseeing design teams to create user-centered digital experiences and implement design strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior to this role, Lauren was a Sr. Principal UI/UX Designer leading UI design efforts for an internal sales platform. Freelance web development work has been ongoing since March 2017, focusing on creating visually appealing web designs to enhance client conversions. Previous experience includes positions as a UX Designer/Developer at Capital One, UI Email Designer for AAFES, and marketing and design roles across various organizations. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art & Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas and completed an Executive Education program at Southern Methodist University. Additional qualifications include a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
