Luis Mena is an experienced operations and mortgage professional with a diverse background in management and support roles across several companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations Support at Mr. Cooper since May 2022, Luis previously held the position of Manager of Fulfillment Operations at Community Loan Servicing, LLC from October 2019 to June 2022.
