Melanie Carter, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and payroll administration, currently serving as Vice President of Pay Administration & HR Compliance at Mr. Cooper since October 2012, after holding the roles of AVP HR Operations and HRIS/Payroll Manager within the same company. Previously, Melanie worked as the Human Resource Payroll Manager at Coach America from September 2010 to September 2012 and as Human Resource Payroll & Benefits at e-Rewards from July 2007 to September 2010. Melanie holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
