Patrick Osborne

Patrick Osborne, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Compensation at Mr. Cooper since August 2021, following a role as Assistant Vice President of Executive Compensation and Equity. Before Mr. Cooper, Patrick held the position of Executive Compensation Manager at Arcosa Inc. Patrick's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Sabre Holdings, where responsibilities included leading executive compensation and global equity strategies, overseeing SEC filings, and collaborating with the Compensation Committee. Earlier roles included managerial positions at Broadview Security and Electronic Data Systems, focusing on corporate compensation programs and compliance. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas.
