Troy Chadwell

Troy Chadwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation management and financial analysis, currently serving as AVP of Compensation at Mr. Cooper since July 2015. In this role, Troy oversees broad-based and incentive compensation for over 4,000 team members, focusing on production incentive plan design, regulatory compliance, and training human resources personnel. Prior to Mr. Cooper, Troy held various positions at Comerica Bank as Vice President of Incentive Compensation, where responsibilities included managing a team, developing incentive plans, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Previous roles also include Vice President at CitiFinancial Auto and other financial positions, with a strong foundation in budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning. Troy holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Baylor University.
