Wouter Bael

Wouter Bael has extensive experience in customer service and logistics management, currently serving as Teamleader Customer Service and Logistiekmanager at Mr. Mallo Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Wouter spent nearly a decade at Darling Ingredients International as a Transport & Logistics Controller, overseeing the transport department, and worked as a Quality Controller for Raw Materials at Rendac/Sonac/Ecoson. Earlier career highlights include managing customer service operations at PDG Bikestore and RAD Drongen, where Wouter also held a shop manager position. Wouter holds a Licentiate degree in English Language and Literature from Ghent University and has pursued various professional development courses in business and quality management.
