In 2017, they became a Guest Experience Coordinator at I Live Global. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Manager, Guest Relations and Business Travel & Group Sales Manager at ResortPass. Finally, in 2021, they became a Hotel Partnerships Support Manager at Mr & Mrs Smith.
Jennifer Ochoa obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM between 2004 and 2006. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at California State University-Dominguez Hills, which they completed in 2010.
