Rachel Dinsdale

Rachel Dinsdale has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2008. Rachel began their career as a Reception Manager at Mallory Court in 2008, before moving to The Royal Crescent as a Receptionist. In 2014, they became Reception Manager at Ettington Park Hotel & Spa, before joining Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as Club Lounge Manager - Mina A'Salam in 2017. Rachel then moved to Richardson Hotels as Front Of House Manager in the same year, before taking on the same role at Lympstone Manor in 2018. From 2020, Rachel has been working at Grosvenor Pubs & Inns, taking on the roles of Sales Manager, Acting General Manager and Reservations Manager. Most recently, in 2022, Rachel joined Mr & Mrs Smith as Hotel and Villa Partnerships Executive.

Rachel Dinsdale attended Wiltshire College (previously Salisbury College) from 2004 to 2005, where they earned a City and Guilds Qualification in Catering and Hospitality.
