Sipho Mabaso

Sipho Mabaso serves as the Head of People at Mr Price Group since March 2025. Prior to this role, Sipho held the position of Country HRBP for South Africa at FTI Consulting from February 2022 to March 2025. Experience also includes serving as HR Manager at Givaudan from August 2018 to February 2022, HR Consultant at Transnet SOC Ltd from July 2015 to August 2018, and HR Business Partner at MultiChoice from May 2014 to June 2015. Sipho holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management, both obtained from GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science).
